Claim your Central Piedmont account and activate your student email address using your student ID (found in your welcome email). This is your first step to success!

🔗 Accessing MyConnect

MyConnect lets you connect with your assigned advisor, contact your financial aid counselor, and more. Log in with the personal email from your application, and use “Forgot password?” to set your password if it’s your first time.

 Authenticator (Microsoft) ✔️

Sign up for multifactor authentication with Microsoft Authenticator. This is a required step for all students and employees.

💫 Brightspace: Learning Management System

Access coursework, orientation, materials, and assignments for your classes through Brightspace. Stay connected with your courses by downloading the Brightspace Pulse app. 

Campus locations, maps, and parking decals 📍

Review campus parking maps and only park in Central Piedmont decks and lots— nearby businesses tow! Parking decals can be picked up on any campus during business hours, pending tuition payment.

🎓 Career Services for students and graduates

Explore career paths and prepare for the job market through résumé support, interview practice, and employer connections. Take advantage of professional headshots, career assessments, and access to job postings and events via Handshake.

📚 Class schedule

Classroom locations sometimes change after registration, so be sure to check your schedule in MyCollege for any updates. Use this list of building names and codes to navigate schedule abbreviations.

Expand your perspective and connect with the world through study abroad, become a NC Scholar of Global Distinction, or immerse yourself in a variety of global events. The world awaits!

Link is Central Piedmont's chatbot, powered by artificial intelligence. It can answer questions about admissions, programs, events, financial aid, and more. Just look for the messenger icon in the bottom left corner on select pages of our website.

Pay online, in person at any campus, or by mail. Find your balance and due dates in MyCollege.

Textbooks and course 
materials 📚

Campus stores have books, supplies, college gear, and more— or shop online! Most textbooks are covered through student fees via the IncludEd program, so your digital or print course materials are ready by day one.

📔 The Library

Take advantage of six campus libraries with books, digital resources, study spaces, computer labs, equipment checkout, and a creative Makerspace. The libraries also offer research help, one-on-one appointments, and support with finding and citing sources.
